Dr. Lu was born in Burma and raised in the Bay Area. She received her Bachelor of Art degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and later earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry.
Dr. Lu completed her clinical rotations at a Veterans Affairs Health Clinic in Florida, a Community Health Center in Central California, and a Neuro-Optometry Rehabilitation Clinic in Southern California. Dr. Lu is fully certified by the National Board of Optometry in the treatment and management of ocular diseases, including glaucoma.
During her free time, Dr. Lu likes to travel and go on food adventures. She is excited to be a part of Family Eye Care Optometry and looks forward to providing exceptional care to the local community.
